We try to make it as easy as possible to keep your patient account current.

We can accept payment in person, over the phone or online.

IN PERSON: We can accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

PHONE: We are happy to accept credit card payments over the phone.

ONLINE: Dr. Rizk is thrilled to add online bill payments to one of the many ways you can pay your account balance.

You will need your account # to make the payment. You can find this on your statement or by calling the office.

PAYMENT PLANS

At our discretion, and under certain circumstances, we will set up payment plans. Please call 904-328-5979 and follow the prompts for billing to talk to Mary Beth regarding available options.

If you feel that you are unable to make the full payment on your account, please call the office and ask to speak to Mary Beth. We do our best to work with our patients on their account balances. However, we must be notified of your situation or we will proceed with normal collection efforts.
